How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges will vary based on a number of factors, including the size and weight of your items. If you are a retail customer, your shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

When will I get my package?

Each product has its own lead time. Some products ship same day while others may have a lead time of three to five days. We ship orders in full, so your entire order will ship when every included item is ready.

All orders ship ground unless you specify otherwise. If expedited delivery is needed, we do have two-day and next-day shipment options available on most items for an additional fee. If your order qualifies for expedited shipping, your options and associated costs will be displayed at checkout.

Can I make changes to an order that has already been submitted?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order once it is processed. If you need additional products, those must be placed on a separate order.

In emergency situations, orders can sometimes be cancelled within the first hour of placement. If you need to cancel an order, please call immediately.

Can I request a catalog?

Absolutely! Fill out our catalog request form and we'll ship a physical catalog to the location you specify. A digital version can also be downloaded. If neither of these options works for you, simply call us and we will make sure one is sent out.
